Amount has been debited to my account but order status says unpaid?
Oops! This usually happens on a slow connection, if the payment servers freeze, or if you accidentally close the payment page before it auto redirects to our website. In case the order doesn’t go through, the best course of action to take is to contact the bank or the wallet service provider.

Amount that got debited.
The email id you have used to place the order.
Approximate time at which the amount was debited.
We will have to check the status on our payment gateway. The payment status can either be captured, pending, failed, or bounced.
In case the payment status at our end is captured, we will create an order for you, for which we’ll need the details for the product you want to order, shipping and contact details.
If it is pending, we’ll have to wait for some time for the gateway to confirm the payment.
If it is failed or bounced, your bank should reverse the payment to your account within 3-7 days.
If you’re using a wallet like Paytm, check your account balance. It is possible that the amount was debited from the bank account but is stuck in the wallet. In that case, please reattempt the payment again. If your bank confirms that the transaction went through, then please contact us.
Sales promotional price or delivery charges not applied to my order?
To get the advantage of special promotions, you have to enter promo code before checkout. If promotional code is not entered before checkout then it cannot be applied later.
Price changed on website?
Pricing on our website is subject to change due to various factors such availability, cost, special promotions etc. Prices are subject to change at any time, without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by Schooltech.
Incorrect or unknown charges have been applied to my order?
If you feel that any unjustified charges have been applied to your order, get in touch with us and we shall investigate them promptly.
Do you retain my card details?
All payments are processed through RBI approved payment gateways. After receipt of your order, our website will automatically route you to secure payment gateways to accept your payment. We do not have access to any payment information such as card numbers, bank account details, PIN, OTP etc entered by you. Furthermore, no such information is stored in our databases.
GST invoice required by me?
We do not issue GST invoices for B2C orders. We do have a mechanism for issuing GST invoices for bulk orders, kindly fill our enquiry form and we shall get back to you.
